At the beginning of May, 30 Shrewsbury swimmers competed in the final external swim meet of the year at Bangkok Patana School.

Despite it being the last event of the year, for many, this was their first experience of both a long course (50-meter pool) meet and a meet with heats and finals. All swimmers performed outstandingly and should be very proud of their efforts.

Highlights include:

· Overall Quality Team – total points divided by number of swimmers. 

· 3rd Place Team Overall

· U8 Girls Nana 2nd Place

· U8 Boys Gott and Armm 3rd place    

· 13-14 Girls Genis 2nd Place

· 15+ Boys Nick 3rd Place

· 7 Golds, 10 Silvers, 11 Bronze medals
