The School’s operation is built upon a framework of policies stored in The Policy Compendium.

The Board of Governors provides advice on the school policies as requested by The Principal. The compendium is organised in line with the sections of school operation as identified in the CIS accreditation and inspection procedure:

• Governance and Leadership
• Faculty and Support Staff
• Access to Teaching and Learning
• School Culture and Partnerships for Learning
• Operational Systems

All school policies are housed in Firefly, accessible to parents with their unique login and password. The policies are also available to all members of staff.

Each school policy is reviewed regularly by the Senior Management Team, as well as other colleagues whose expertise relates to the particular policy under review. 

It is the responsibility of the Senior Management Team to ensure compliance with the school policies and to review and amend them on a regular basis.
