20th-Year Gala & Art Auction: A Night of Creativity, Community and Giving Back

Shrewsbury Riverside held its first-ever 20th-Year Gala & Art Auction on Tuesday, 27th February 2024, marking a momentous occasion that celebrated student creativity, fostered community spirit and supported the school’s long-standing charity partners.

This unique event, envisioned and led by the Shrewsbury Parents, spotlighted the student's hard work and artistic talents while also celebrating our school’s 20th anniversary. The night commemorated two successful decades of nurturing exceptional people through a combination of academic excellence and outstanding opportunities.

The Gala & Art Auction embodied our school's core values of Care & Compassion, showcasing the remarkable initiative and dedication of the Shrewsbury Parents in orchestrating this first gala event for Shrewsbury Riverside.

"The age range of students that participated was astounding, every single class came together and helped create astounding pieces of work," said Sebastian Brimsted.

The evening unfolded as a dazzling showcase of student talent, featuring an impressive array of student-made artwork displayed for silent auction alongside captivating musical performances by our very own music department. The event resonated with the school's 20th-anniversary spirit, serving as a fitting tribute to the supportive community that has nurtured its growth over the years.
