NEW DIRECTOR OF SCHOOLS SHARES VISION

Dr Tim Nuttall convened all members of staff at City Campus, to outline his vision for the next 10 years of success at Shrewsbury. 

Since taking up his appointment as Director of Schools at Shrewsbury International Asia in June 2020, Dr Nuttall has been working cohesively across Shrewsbury's City Campus, Riverside and Hong Kong schools, as well as overseeing preparations for the opening of two new Shrewsbury schools in China. He is currently based in Bangkok. 

With over 30 years of leadership in international education under his belt, Dr Nuttall defines himself as a lifelong learner. During his welcome address to City Campus staff,  Dr Nuttall shared inspiration from the education report "Learning: The Treasure Within", published by UNESCO (1991). This report defines the four pillars of learning as to be, to know, to do, and to live together. When taken at face value or delved into more deeply, these themes have the potential to underpin all we do as pioneering educators.
