WELLBEING WORKOUTS WITH HEAD OF PE
Ms Buehler, Head of PE and Swimming at City Campus is leading daily Wellbeing Workouts for our Facebook followers, to help us to all keep active and energised at home.
Research shows that even a short workout can help to improve fitness, to improve mood and to sharpen memory.
The workouts we are sharing are designed for both children and adults with a basic level of fitness.The sessions are structured with clear periods of exercise and rest.
