MAKING OUR MARK

The school’s Library and Art department joined forces to challenge our children to “Make Your Mark” for International Dot Day.

This annual event is inspired by a book called The Dot, by children’s author Peter H. Reynolds. It encourages people of all ages around the world to express their own creativity and embrace their own confidence as they make their mark on the world. 

To commemorate the day at City Campus, the entire student population was tasked with painting and weaving their own individual ‘dot’, which now forms part of a beautiful installation in the school grounds. The Principal was delighted to join our children and ‘make her mark’ too.
