WORLD CAFE - NEURODIVERSITY

As part of our DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice) initiative, we hosted our very first 'World Cafe' event—a structured conversational process designed to facilitate dialogue and the exchange of ideas among participants, aimed at tapping into collective wisdom on a particular topic. Our recent 'World Cafe' session focused on the topic of ‘Neurodiversity’.

This event provided a pivotal platform for our staff to engage in open discussions and explore the complex facets of neurodiversity within our school community. Our goal was to deepen our understanding and respect for neurodiversity, recognising its importance in creating a more inclusive educational environment.
