CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH WEEK - BLOWING BUBBLES

We continue to practise mindfulness for Children’s Mental Health Week. Blowing bubbles is one of the best activities for promoting positivity, and it can also help children become more self-aware and caring because they have to be very gentle to make the bubbles. This is a sensory experience that will help children relax and, yes, have fun!
