This week is Children's Mental Health Week in the UK, and we are recognising it at Shrewsbury City Campus. Each class had sessions to teach students how important it is to take care of their emotional well-being. 

We set up mindfulness-based art activities, engaging students with the creative process of making art so that they could explore themselves mindfully. Students have also been encouraged to connect with their peers and teachers, as this is very important for boosting positive mental health.
