Respect – the Cornerstone of All Values
SHC StoryOur first assembly introduced our Value of the Month: Respect, the cornerstone of all our values.
Through the story of the Shrewsbury backpack, Ms Amanda Dennison, Founding Principal, and our Heads of School reminded us that we each carry an invisible backpack holding different stories. When we choose respect, we choose to understand rather than judge.
We wrapped up the assembly by celebrating House Points with a special appearance from life-size Bear Nobel and coming together in meaningful songs. A wonderful start to the year, filled with shared moments, shared values and a strong sense of community!
