SHC Design Technology SHC Junior SHC Story

This year’s SHC MasterChef competition was a highlight for our Design and Technology Department, as our young chefs reached the grand finale and cooked under pressure in the Food Technology room.

Their challenge was to create a nutritious two-course menu with international flair — and they delivered.

Congratulations to Sol, whose winning menu featured delicious beef quesadillas followed by churros with rich chocolate sauce. Even better, this championship dish will soon appear as a Dish of the Day at school lunch for everyone to enjoy.

Well done to all our finalists for their creativity, skill and confidence in the kitchen. The future of food is bright!
