Our Year 5 and 6 Science Leaders made their way to the Early Years' Garden to guide their younger fellow students in some fun experimentation! As you might expect, the morning was full of laughter and wonder as well as being a great learning experience for both 'teachers' and pupils.
In EY1, students took part in a milk experiment using food colouring, milk and washing-up liquids. Each child took turns to spread the mixture around, creating strange patterns and shapes.
In EY2, Children had a chance to see how magnetics work and experienced using magnetic to play on a maze. Each student found it difficult at first to navigate without using their hands directly but eventually got the hang of it!
