Parents provide information about themselves and students on admission to the school. Promotional activities of the school
The school will contact you periodically to let you know about activities at the School, news about current and former students and other school-related events that may be of interest to you.
The school uses photographs and video of students, parents, staff, alumni, volunteers and other guests at school events for marketing and other publicity purposes. Sometimes the school may also share additional information such as stories and memorabilia from their time at the school.
How long the school keeps your personal data:
As a principle, your personal data will not be kept for longer than it is needed for the purpose it was collected. The schools data retention and deletion schedule documents how long different information is required. The school may retain some personal data after the student has left the school. For example, this may include public exam results, and safeguarding information. The school may keep some limited information for historical, research or statistical record.
