Munn joined the Shrewsbury Bangkok Riverside community in 2013 as a Year 3 student. Throughout his time at the school, he consistently demonstrated a thirst for knowledge and a dedication to pushing his boundaries. This dedication culminated in his remarkable achievement in 2022, when he was awarded the prestigious title of CIE’s Top in the World for IGCSE Biology. This achievement demonstrates the high calibre of education at Shrewsbury Bangkok Riverside, fostering students’ deep exploration and success in their chosen fields.

Munn’s interests extended far beyond the classroom; he was an integral part of the F1 in Schools team, showcasing his aptitude for teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation. In addition to academics and extracurricular activities, Munn was a highly active member of the school community. He was a passionate badminton player, proudly representing Team Shrewsbury and even captaining the varsity team. His role as Williams house captain further recognised his leadership qualities, as he fostered camaraderie and a strong sense of school spirit, uniting other students to achieve exceptional feats like writing, directing, and filming their own movie, as well as an unforgettable house cheerleading number.

He was a valued member of the senior orchestra, showcasing his musical talent. But his artistic pursuits extended beyond Western instruments; he is also proficient in playing the khim, a traditional Thai instrument. This ability to appreciate and engage with different cultural expressions reflects the emphasis Shrewsbury Bangkok Riverside places on fostering global citizens who are well-versed in their heritage while embracing the richness of other cultures.
