Hanqing Bilingual Pathway: The 100 Days Journey
Hanqing Bilingual Pathway HQP Highlights SHC Article SHC Story SHC TeacherOur Hanqing Bilingual Pathway (HQP) marked its first 100-day milestone, welcoming our first cohort of HQP Founding Families, alongside Shrewsbury UK and Bangkok Governors, the school’s Senior Leadership Team, Shrewsbury Parents (SP) Committee and distinguished guests to celebrate this special occasion together.
It was a truly touching moment for all of us at Shrewsbury International School Bangkok City Campus. Our HQP team – Luna Cao, HQP Chinese Principal; Bell Yu, HQP Mandarin Teacher; and Laura Hales, HQP English Teacher – shared the story behind the HQP classrooms, as well as their vision and goals for the eight-year journey of HQP.
The celebration was filled with Chinese cultural activities, including calligraphy, art and craft led by our SP, an incredibly beautiful HQP celebratory cake made by our parent, a Guzheng performance by a true master, and a Face Changing performance by our student —truly a testament to our community spirit!
Most importantly, we would like to thank our HQP Founding Families for your trust and confidence in Shrewsbury Bangkok City Campus and our Hanqing Bilingual Pathway. As we continue to grow and strengthen our community, we are committed to ensuring your children become trailblazers, just as Khun Chali Sophonpanich, Founder and Governor of Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, shared in his personal message to all HQP Founding Families:
“You stand among the trailblazers poised to become Thailand’s leading fully internationalised students, ready to engage with the broader global community. Your journey represents Shrewsbury’s commitment to providing Outstanding Opportunities for our students to flourish.”
