Khun Noon, mother of Mona (Year 3) and Maya (EY2) shares special moments from their family life, including Mona's election in School Council, and Maya's achievements in rhythmic gymnastics.
Tell us more about your family
We are a family of four. My husband, Khun Mond, is a business entrepreneur who runs our family-owned personal care business with various locations nationwide. Myself, Noon, is a full-time mum and a part-time university instructor.
Our daughters are Mona (aged 7) and Maya (aged 5). Mona is now in Year 3, and this year she was elected as a School Council representative. She is a hard-working student and is always kind and respectful to others. Her favourite subject is Science and DT and she loves cooking in her spare times.
Maya, Year 1, is a young passionate rhythmic gymnast with big dreams. She always has a great attitude to learning and everything she does.
What hobbies do you enjoy as a family?
We love travelling places to places as a family. Mona & Maya love going to the beach and they really enjoy swimming and horse riding along the beach.
What will you be doing during the Christmas holidays?
During this Christmas holidays, we will be going to Hua-Hin for a week then we will be back on Christmas Eve getting ourselves ready for a Christmas Dinner at home with our whole family on Christmas day. Mona and Maya love spending qualities time with family with games and food they have created!
What do you love about City Campus?
The ultimate answer is my kids are happy at their school. We love the community here at City Campus, it’s a warm and loving community, safe and secure, which make our kids very happy. Their teachers and the wider school staff are kind, caring and very professional.
How have you seen your children benefit from a Shrewsbury education?
Mona and Maya have developed a lifelong love of learning, in all their social, emotional, cognitive, and academic skills. They also have developed a strong sense of wellbeing. They have the confidence, the optimism and the self-esteem they need to prepare for their successful futures.
