Kelly in Year 2 features in Hello! Education magazine.
Congratulations to Kelly in Year 2, who has been recognised by Hello! Education for her exceptional musical talents.
The high-society magazine celebrates Kelly's international achievements, and her prize-winning status from the age of just 5 years old.
Kelly says: "Music is a way I express my feelings especially when I'm playing the piano. It fills my house with joy. And I love the challenge of learning new songs."
Khun Veerayuth Songthaveephol, proud father of Kelly shared:
"Watching Kelly playing the piano gives us a sense of pride and satisfaction to see how much she has developed in such a short period of time. We are excited to see her progress in the future."
We thank Shrewsbury City Campus for their greatest support with Kelly's musical development. Being a member of the school's Rainbow Choir makes Kelly feel even more confident in performing on the stage. Her extra piano lessons at Shrewsbury also support her music theory as she continues to develop her skills."
Ms Young, Head of Music at City Campus, has also celebrated Kelly's success:
"We are incredibly proud of what Kelly has achieved in her Music. She is an outstanding young musician who works with real enthusiasm and determination. She is a credit to herself and to the school. Our Music department feels very fortunate to be working with talent of such a high calibre."
