City Campus students stay active at home.
Ms Buehler, Head of PE and Swimming at City Campus has led a is leading daily Wellbeing Workouts for our Facebook followers, to help us to all keep active and energised at home.
Research shows that even a short workout can help to improve fitness, to improve mood and to sharpen memory. The workouts we are sharing are designed for both children and adults with a basic level of fitness. The sessions are structured with clear periods of exercise and rest.
The grand finale of Ms Buehler's workouts was the school's Fun Fitness Week, which saw students take part in fitness challenges, live family workouts and a virtual sports day, with the oppportunity to earn a bunch of coveted house points by taking part.
