Supporting document list

The documents that are required at this stage include:

  • Child’s ID document: Passport (international applicants) or Thai ID card (Thai applicants)
  • Child’s existing Thailand Visa (non-Thai applicants, if already holding a Thai visa)
  • Child’s House Registration (Thai Nationals only)
  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Certification of name change or adoption (if relevant)
  • Previous School / Nursery Reports for the current AND previous academic year (translated into English)
  • If relevant: Learning Needs Diagnosis record and details of support plans
  • If available: Medical Certificate / Letter from Doctor (confirming that no health concerns that present a barrier to taking part in all normal school activities, or detailing potential constraints)
  • If relevant: Medical Conditions Diagnosis and treatment records
  • Optional: certificates or other records of child’s achievements and interests
  • Each parent’s Passport ID page (non-Thai) or Thai ID card (Thai)
  • Each parent’s Existing Thailand Visa (non-Thai, if already holding one)
  • Each parent’s Existing Thailand Work Permit (non-Thai, if already holding one)
