Shrewsbury International School Bangkok Riverside is proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Class of 2026, whose university destinations and personal accomplishments reflect the breadth of talent, ambition and character nurtured throughout their time at the school.
This year, our 121 graduates have secured offers from some of the world’s most prestigious universities, reflecting not only exceptional academic achievement but also the ambition, resilience and character they have developed throughout their journey at Shrewsbury.
Collectively, the Class of 2026 received:
- 15 Ivy League and Ivy Plus offers
- 31 offers for Medicine programmes
- 7 offers from the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge
- 48 offers from universities ranked within the QS World Top 10
Our graduates will continue their journeys at internationally renowned institutions including the University of Oxford, Stanford University, Yale University, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of California, Berkeley, the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Imperial College London, University College London (UCL), Brown University, Georgetown University, Barnard College and the University of Southern California, among many other world-leading institutions.

Art, Leadership and Global Impact
Among the many inspiring stories from the Class of 2026 is that of Head Student Pim Pim, who joined Shrewsbury Bangkok Riverside in Early Years 1. Through Project Paintbrush, an initiative combining art and positive psychology, she has empowered more than 500 children across multiple countries to express themselves and build confidence. Partnering with organisations including UNICEF Thailand, her project demonstrates how creativity can be a powerful force for social good. This autumn, she will continue her journey at Yale University.
Pim Pim will continue her journey at Yale University, where she will explore the intersection of psychology, education and the arts.
Sustainability Through Innovation
The Class of 2026 has also demonstrated an exceptional commitment to environmental sustainability.
Medbua, Ploen and Pei-Pei, founders of EcoPinet, developed biodegradable, seed-embedded packaging made from discarded pineapple leaves, transforming agricultural waste into a sustainable solution. Their award-winning social enterprise has been recognised at national competitions and environmental showcases
As they prepare to begin their studies at the University of Southern California, Georgetown University and Barnard College respectively, they will continue their studies at the University of Southern California, Georgetown University and Barnard College.
Preserving Thai Heritage on the Global Stage
For Anda, education has been a means of connecting tradition with innovation. Through Arthaisan, he has worked to preserve and revitalise Chanthaburi’s traditional sedge-weaving heritage, helping local artisans connect with modern markets and international audiences. His work led him to represent Thailand at ITB Berlin before securing a place at Brown University.
Developing Leaders with Purpose
These stories reflect a school culture that values leadership as action. Through opportunities such as Student Parliament, community engagement initiatives, sustainability projects and co-curricular programmes, students are encouraged to turn ideas into meaningful action. As Head Student Pat, who will also continue his studies at Brown University, reflects: “At Shrewsbury, there’s always been an emphasis on leadership as action. Students are encouraged not only to identify challenges, but to build sustainable solutions that benefit the wider community.”
These achievements reflect the broader impact of a Shrewsbury education, where students are encouraged to combine academic success with leadership, service and a commitment to making a difference.
