“You-Time!”

Shrewsbury International School has a very unique co-curricular programme where students can opt to participate in a wide variety of enriching activities that are split into three different communities. The “You-Time!” activities that our students are allowed to pick from each term are dependent upon their assigned House. Each community focuses on different aspects of challenging, nurturing and exploring areas that will enrich our students’ lives inside and outside of the classroom. Students carry out these activities within their house groups which allows for cohesion vertically and horizontally throughout the school.

Each student is expected to commit fully to the “You-Time!” programme with attendance being monitored and recorded for each session. Records of achievement are our recorded for pupil profiles.

In addition we have an array of excellence activities on offer at Shrewsbury International School in Sport, Music, Drama, IYA, MUN, Art and Chess. These activities help to flourish our every growing talent at Shrewsbury and are run parallel and in line with our “You-Time!” programme.
