Scholarships
Music Scholarships
Our Music scholars are the backbone of the Music Excellence Programme and are therefore expected to represent the very highest standards in terms of ability and commitment. Our Music Scholars will demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for what they do and set an excellent example both within school and in the wider community.
In order to support their musical development and general welfare, each scholar is assigned a mentor who will be one of the full-time music staff. Individual tutorials take place each term, and these include target setting as well as a review of previous work undertaken. Written reports from these meetings are given to form tutors and heads of year and a copy is passed to the Principal. Scholarships are reviewed annually.
