Our objective:

Our measurements:

  1. 1.The Admissions Policy will be both demanding and supportive of young people and clear in its statement of expected standards, provision for Special Educational Needs and progression through the school;

  2. 2.The A2, AS and GCSE results will be analysed against internal targets and UK and international schools using the British system. Both targets and results will be annually published;

  3. 3.Value-Added assessments (MidYis, PiPS) will be undertaken, analysed and published annually

  4. 4.Internal assessments will be undertaken, fully explained and presented to parents via reports;

  5. 5.Pupil progress will be tracked and targeted with Vice-Principals reporting to the Board of Governors on an annual basis;

  6. 6.The Performance Management System for Teachers will focus on student-centred learning, opinion forming through research and providing opportunities for self-expression;

  7. 7.The school will keep an annual record of communication from parents on academic matters (including complaints) and The Principal will include in his Term 3 Report to The Board of Governors an assessment on parental satisfaction relating to academic matters.
